Toni Anne Dashiell has been active in politics, grassroots advocacy and leadership training for more than 50 years. Throughout her extensive career, she has made a significant impact on the Republican Party, empowering leaders and shaping political organizations. She is a leader among leaders, who was awarded the 2009 Ronald Reagan Leadership Award by the National Federation of Republican Women for her distinctive term as the President of the Texas Federation of Republican Women (TFRW). Together, Toni Anne and Rachel Woods Co-Authored “Leading for Freedom: Leadership Skills for Republicans.”

Her dedication to the Republican Party led to her election as the RNC National Committeewoman for Texas in 2013, a position she was reelected to in 2016 and 2020. Toni Anne was entrusted with key roles within the Republican National Committee, including serving as the Chair for the RNC Committee on Arrangements for the 2020 National Convention, Chair of the RNC Grassroots Advisory Committee and was a member of the influential RNC Budget Committee.
