Location: Knights of Columbus Hall, Sante Fe, Tx

Cost – $25 cash or check (made out to CCRW)**

Join us to raise money for next year’s primaried candidates with an opponent. Invite your friends, let’s have some fun with like minded folks!

Dinner:

Dinner is only $25 per person, $10 for children 12 and under. Free if under 5.  Lighthouse Charity Team is preparing the food and we will have some volunteers to serve the buffet style food to you.

Sponsorships:

We have various sponsorship levels to help cover the costs for this event, from the event center, the catering/food, the DJ, decorations, clean up, security, and an “opps we forgot about that level” too.. Each sponsorship level has tickets that comes with it, so no need to buy your ticket, unless you are bringing additional guests you need the tickets for. Please enter the names of each person your ticket is to cover to make it easier for the folks checking you in.

Silent Auction:

We are looking for donations of silent auction items. While big ticket items are great, sometimes they price out the majority, so we thought it would be nice to have items that folks would like to bid on to give as gifts or for themselves… make sense?  Keep it simple and let’s have fun.

Note: Silent Auction closes at 730 to allow folks the time to pay for their winning bids and take with them. You do not have to be present to win, but if you have a dedicated person to bring your item to you, that would be awesome, otherwise we can bring to next meeting. Payment should be made by next day or it will go to the next bidder.

Live Dessert Auction:

Speaking of fun.. we thought that having a dessert auction would just be cool. You can take your winning item back to your table and share with your table or take it home for yourself, your family, your neighborhood or whatever… just trying to think outside of the box… so feel free to jump in and if your dessert gets highest bid, you have some serious baking bragging rights!
