DESCRIPTION:RSVPs ARE CLOSED\nNumbers Provided to Caterer to Ensure Enough Food for Those Who Registered ~ Thank You\n5:30 Doors Open & Social\n6:15 – 8pm Welcome\, Dinner & Silent & Live Auction\nLocation: Knights of Columbus Hall\, Sante Fe\, Tx\nCost – $25 cash or check (made out to CCRW)**\nJoin us to raise money for next year’s primaried candidates with an opponent. Invite your friends\, let’s have some fun with like minded folks! \nDinner:\nDinner is only $25 per person\, $10 for children 12 and under. Free if under 5.  Lighthouse Charity Team is preparing the food and we will have some volunteers to serve the buffet style food to you. \nSponsorships:\nWe have various sponsorship levels to help cover the costs for this event\, from the event center\, the catering/food\, the DJ\, decorations\, clean up\, security\, and an “opps we forgot about that level” too.. Each sponsorship level has tickets that comes with it\, so no need to buy your ticket\, unless you are bringing additional guests you need the tickets for. Please enter the names of each person your ticket is to cover to make it easier for the folks checking you in. \nSilent Auction:\nWe are looking for donations of silent auction items. While big ticket items are great\, sometimes they price out the majority\, so we thought it would be nice to have items that folks would like to bid on to give as gifts or for themselves… make sense?  Keep it simple and let’s have fun. \nNote: Silent Auction closes at 730 to allow folks the time to pay for their winning bids and take with them. You do not have to be present to win\, but if you have a dedicated person to bring your item to you\, that would be awesome\, otherwise we can bring to next meeting. Payment should be made by next day or it will go to the next bidder. \nLive Dessert Auction:\nSpeaking of fun.. we thought that having a dessert auction would just be cool. DESCRIPTION:Note\, this is for information only… we are NOT the point of contact for the Legis Day\, TFRW is organizing this event. However\, Cinnamon IS coordinating the bus. Please purchase your ticket to Legis Day and then IF you are wanting to ride the bus\, contact Cinnamon as seating is limited to the 1st 50 folks. \nTFRW Legislative Day\nEnjoy training sessions on how to effectively communicate with your legislators\, how to testify on a bill\, how to use Tx Legislature online and presentation son important issues facing this legislative session and Texas! \nYou will have a working lunch and then head to the capital to use what you have learned to talk to our representatives. \nTWO Things to Do:\n\nRegister for the event\, $90\, which includes lunch provided by TFRW \nIF wanting to ride the bus – RSVP to Cinnamon Scully at (832) 274-5127 for the bus.\n\nBUS TRIP\nCCRW & GRW are coordinating a Bus Ride for 3/21 only\, thanks to Apple Towing (Cinnamon Scully)\, breakfast tacos and Chick-Fil-A dinner provided by our own State Senator Mayes Middleton & State Representative Dr. Greg Bonnen\, MD.
